The Garden ~ Made with locally grown Microgreens

Microgreens are the new sprouts of our favorite veggies ~ Packed with nutrition- They're sometimes even more nutrient dense than the full grown version, and have an intensely fresh flavor.  Like, think of eating a little Daikon Radish leaf and it tastes just like eating the radish itself!
 
The Garden is a bright, balanced mix of carrot, parsley, and the following microgreens: broccoli, kale, amaranth, pea shoots, and sunflower - A blend that's high in vitamins A, B, C, K, Calcium, and Magnesium
 
The microgreens in this juice are grown for Juice Harbor at a lovely farm in Duvall. They're freshly clipped out of the dirt right at juicing time :)

Made fresh to order. Consume within 5 days of delivery.
