Mushroom Wild Rice Soup


Inspired by a Midwest classic, but without the dairy, this hearty soup is comforting and full of nutriton! Did you know wild rice isn't actually rice? It's a species of marsh grown grass that produces seeds that resemble rice.  High in protein, magnesium, B6, Potassium, Iron, and Zinc. 


Ingredients: Crimini Mushrooms, Wild Rice, Carrots, Onion, Leek, Organic Chicken Broth, Coconut Milk, Parsley, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Shoyu Soy Sauce



Made fresh to order. 

Keeps for 1 week refrigerated.  


To heat, pour into microwave safe container/bowl/cup, or saucepan to heat on the stovetop. Warm to desired temperature and enjoy.

Or enjoy cold. 

Refrigerate unused portion. 


Glass jar and lid can be returned to Juice Harbor for recycling. 

Wash, and let dry with the lid off.

Place on the porch for pickup at the time of your next order.
